The conversion of a warehouse shell maintained the original brick walls and timber floor, with new room insertions constructed from MDF, using the sheet size as abasic module.
A dressing ‘corridor’ provides catwalk access to the private domain of a bedroom and shower room suite. The open kitchen wall acts as a divider between part of the apartment’s open living space and the study, providing the latter with daylight.
